Shop Policies

Shipping Policy: 

My current processing time is 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) prior to shipment but usually I try to get it out in 5-7 business days.

Custom Orders has a 14 business day processing time.

I offer First Class (5-8 business days) and Priority (3-4 business days) via USPS. 

Orders over $75 receive Free Shipping for Domestic orders only

I ship internationally and offer First Class International (6-18 business days) 

Refund Policy:

I will gladly offer a refund only if the product has been damaged or lost in the mail. Contact my email info@wildhoneyclay.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Include pictures if the item has been damaged. 

I do not offer exchanges.
